OAKWOOD SCHOOL, 4000 MacGregor Downs Road, GREENVILLE, NC

December 5 2007

Mark Ansley, Kay Raade, Nimette and T.C. Soli  went to Oakwood School to give our annual Presentation

on Eastern Wildlife, and Wildlife Rehabilitation. The Second Grade Class, has for years enjoyed studying

wildlife issues and concerns.  EWC for years has enjoyed talking to some of Greenvilles best taught students.

When a second Grade student knows words like,  Diurnal and Nocturnal, and can tell you differences

in species you cannot help but be impressed.  Today, thru a Pumpkin Bake sale, theese Students and Teachers

presented EWC with a check for $912.30.  This brings the total monies raised over the years by them for

EWC to over  3000.00.  It has helped hundreds of orphaned and sick wildlife in eastern NC and has earned

them the right to be on our web site.  Pics will follow and a great big thank you to a great school.
